Genisys Software started small. Back in 1995, we operated out of an apartment in a small suburb of India’s new IT hub, Bangalore. We moved into our current wholly-owned, world-class campus in the year 2000 – just five years from our humble beginnings. Construction on Phase 2 – another 105,000 sq ft – is already underway. All our expansions have been fully funded by internal accruals, and we have always invested in the best available infrastructure.

Genisys is totally debt free; the company is fully funded through internal accruals, and we have no loans to pay off. We are one of Bangalore’s most profitable companies.

In operation since 1985, the Genisys Group is one of the oldest resellers of HP-Compaq in the UK, and has an annual turnover of US $65m. Genisys Software operations began in the UK in 1995. The company has no shareholder pressure; we have the unique liberty to wait for the right business to come our way. Genisys has the necessary funds to comfortably sustain operations.
