| Genisys uses continuous recruitment programs from various sources. Candidates are culled from staff referrals, recruitment agencies, newspaper ads, and campus interviews. Structured assessment follows, and depending on experience levels, they are put through different processes for selection.
Agility and responsiveness to change are now critical attributes for success. One of the metrics we closely monitor is ‘quality of hire’ – to establish if a recruit will succeed on the job. Goal completion, individual capacity, motivation, knowledge, skills, experiential contributions, customer and workgroup compatibility and learning attitude are some of the attributes continuously measured.
