The number of onsite and offsite engineers will be based on SLA’s and current SharePoint infrastructure required to be supported.
Clients can use Genisys’ SharePoint help desk for help and resolution on issues. Genisys Engineers will work and resolve the issues assigned by your IT department and determine the appropriate level of response. Resolution is normally provided either remotely or on-site, as may be required.
Genisys engineers will remotely monitor your SharePoint infrastructure using monitoring tools. When an issue is identified or reported, the resolution will be provided from our remote location or on-site, as may be required.
Genisys engineers will periodically remotely connect to and check your system event logs.
